Abstract

This study investigates the determinant factors of systemic risk in Tunisia and Morocco. The comparative analysis showed that Inflation, domestic credit, gross capital formation, GDP, unemployment rate are significant with nonperforming loans (source of systemic risk), in Tunisia.
