The Implication of Organizational Culture and Transformasional Leadership Enhancement toward Organizational Commitment

Abstract

This causal research is aimed at obtaining if organizational commitment is affected by organization culture, and transformational leadership. The research was conducted at private university in Bogor by using survey method with path analysis tested on 80 participants selected as samples out of 115 randomly samples frame. The result indicates that organizational commitment directly affected by organizational culture that has the greater influence. Based on the findings it is concluded that variation of the organizational commitment are affected by organizational culture and transformational leadership. Therefore, organization culture, and transformational leadership should be put into consideration in developing organizational commitment.
