This study aimed to measure some indicators of the productivity machines efficiency as (reliability function, hazard function, and availability), and analysis their impact on productivity of the Jordanian phosphate company. To achieve the study objectives, the study depend on the machines work times and the repair times of the machines, during the period (1/11/2015 - 31/1/2016). The study findings a number of results, including:
a. There exist statistically significant (positive) relationship at the significance level (α = 0.05), between the company productivity and the estimated values of the (reliability function R^(t), and availability A(t)).
b. There exist statistically significant (negative) relationship at the significance level (α = 0.05), between the company productivity and the hazard function h(t).
c. There exist statistically significant impact at the significance level (α = 0.05), for the (reliability function R^(t) and availability A(t)) on productivity of the Jordanian phosphate company.
