This paper applies decision-making paradigms to responsible leadership, group dynamics, ethics, and risk assessment within the workplace. The paradigms discussed are the responsible leadership paradigm, connectedness paradigm, local community paradig, and the organization design and developmental paradigm. Each paradigm will be discussed as it relates to a corresponding work place dynamic with a discussion of its application in the environment of a college or university.
