The new model is based on the results of recent space experiments and the theory of local expansion and contraction of the Universe, which rejecting the theory a cyclic universe with a time-variable Hubble parameter and the "Big Bang" theory. The article provides comments on the model, proposed by the head of the Oxford Research Center, Dr. James Farns, in which it is assumed that dark energy and dark matter can be combined into one liquid with negative mass.
