Abstract

A Cloud is a type of parallel and distributed system consisting of a collection of inter-connected and virtualized computers that are dynamically provisioned and presented as one or more unified computing resource(s) based on service-level agreements established through negotiation between the service provider and consumer. Inter cloud is the dynamic set of connected clouds based on service-level agreements established through negotiation between the service providing clouds and service consuming clouds. This paper gives a glance at Cloud, Cloud computing Environment, Intercloud, Intercloud History, Benefits of Intercloud, Intercloud Interoperability, System Architecture and Elements of Intercloud, Security management in Intercloud and Security in inter cloud communication and inter cloud's security, integrity and privacy.
