Abstract

Respecting the subtle touch of Hydrogen atoms in water molecule during the transformation from bend to tetrahedral shape and vice versa the balance between de-excitation energy of bound and non-bound valence electrons is introduced and zero water molecule enthalpy of transformation proposed.
